Partner & Business Development - CZ/SK

As a Partner & Business Development Sales at Enginsight you are responsible for the strategic market development of our Enginsight security portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The main focus of your role is to build and develop a strong partner ecosystem, complemented by selected direct sales activities in close cooperation with our Germany-based Sales.

YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Build, develop and manage a partner network (resellers, system integrators, MSPs/MSSPs, SOC) in CZ/SK with a clear channel-first approach for our Enginsight security portfolio
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners and expand existing relationships through joint business plans, pipeline development and regular business reviews
  • Plan and execute partner enablement activities (sales trainings, certifications, webinars, workshops) to firmly position the Enginsight solutions within the channel
  • Proactively identify opportunities within the partner’s pipeline and provide guidance to ensure successful deal closure
  • Driving the acquisition of new customers and actively support selected direct sales activities with strategic target customers in CZ/SK together with the German Sales Team
  • Support the entire sales cycle for prioritized opportunities, from qualification through proposal and presentation to negotiation and closing, involving channel partners and presales resources as needed
  • Support and ensure close, structured alignment with the German-based Sales
  • Ensure full transparency on all ongoing channel and direct opportunities in CZ/SK, including documentation in the CRM system and clear deal rules to avoid channel conflict
  • Continuously monitor market and competitors in the XDR/MDR/SIEM area in CZ/SK and channel customer and partner feedback back to Product Management and Marketing
